Tonje Plur

(b. 1985, Norway)

Artist and designer Tonje Plur explores fashion as both phenomenon and language.
Working sculpturally with textiles, she examines how clothing communicates identity, belonging, and contemporary culture.
Her large-scale textile works merge tailoring, knitting, and surface techniques to create richly textured forms that exist between art, craft, and fashion.


Plur has a MA in Fashion Design, from Oslo National Academy of the Arts.
